1917 KGV Taxed & Censored cover. Postmarked Launceston with 1d KGV and addressed to New York. "PASSED" cachet in violet. Upon arrival stamped with octagonal 30c & "30CTNS T" 3 line cancels. Also a 3 line cachet explaining postage rates between Australia & America. Excellent condition & a scarce example of a KGV censored/taxed non-philatelic cover.
