2003 & 2004 Perth Mail Centre cancelled letters each with 'IT IS REGRETTED THIS ARTICLE WAS DAMAGED BY AUTOMATIC SORTING MACHINE, WATER, FIRE, LIQUID, INADEQUATE PACKAGING. PERTH MAIL CENTRE WA" cachets. One ripped in half & stuck back together with the Auto Sorting Machine box ticked, the other with coffee (?) stains has the Liquid box ticked. (2)
