This is for the lease of property in Middlesex by Henry & Mary Haycraft from James Agutter, a timber merchant. With the rare blue £1 & 15 revenue stamp with Cypher stamp at back. Complete document with the 2 signatories & their respective wax seals. Scarce & most attractive. Folded as to be expected. A beautiful manuscript item, ideal for framing with a conservative est.
