1933 (21st Feb) O.H.M.S. cover to USA bearing 6d chestnut kangaroo tied by Public Offices Victoria cds & with red registration label of PUBLIC OFFICES Victoria at left. Hanover N.H. registered receival & "Seattle Wash. (Term. Sta)" transit, both struck in violet on reverse, which also has Public Offices & Registered Melbourne cds's. Small tears at right, base & on flap, but otherwise fine. Unusual.
