Front has superb, full cancel Manchester JU 19 1855 with manuscript direction "via Ostend", dual shipping/freight charges, large "7" & large, a green "3 1/2 Groschen" applied at Aachen. Reverse shows red London transit for "1855 20 JU 20 Grown BA" & superb, full cancel "Aus England per Aachen 21. 6 - B" with Aachen being the German entry town where the Groschen freight charge was struck, which would be paid by the recipient. Full, original letter is enclosed in German.
