Kojonup 1897 (31st Mar) "Austerity" cover made from lined paper. Kojonup to Des Moines, USA via England with Albany duplex & Broome 3b b/s's. 1d red swans x 3 tied by Kojonup barred line obliterator "K" & Kojonup 2a on front. So far this is the only known cover with the Kojonup "K" obliterator. Two postal stationary postcards have been offered at auction in recent years, one selling for in excess of $5000. Missing corner from the lower right but not affecting stamps or cancels. Rare.
