1919 (25th Feb) "Notification of a Case of Infectious Disease" OHMS pre-printed letter with 1½d brown KGV. Completed in ink manuscript for Stanley Hall, aged 25, of Richmond, with Influenza. In remarks in m/s "Sent to Hospital". Doctor signed. A lovely piece of social history.
