1930 3/- "AIR MAIL SAVES TIME" black on blue cover with 3 fresh panes of 4 MUH plus only one pane of air mail ettiquettes (tone spots). The tone spots on the latter, contrast with the fresh cond of the stamps & apparent replacement of staple suggests a "reconstruction" hence reserve reflects this. SG SB24 Cat. £800 as original.
