Monaco 1961 presentation booklet with Palace letter from Private Counsellor to H.S.H. The Prince of Monaco, written to respond to an invitation from The Junior League of Greenwich, Conneticut USA to be Honorary Patrons of Greenwich's Monte Carlo Party. The invitation was declined, but a small collection of recent Monaco stamps was sent. The MUH selection, in a titled folder, is conspicuos by its lack of complete sets or highly catalogued singles!
