1919 (20th April) "Notification of a Case of Infectious Disease" OHMS pre-printed letter with 1½d brown KGV. Completed in ink manuscript for Cyril MacGillicuddy, aged 28, of Richmond, with Influenza. Ironically his occupation is "Medical Practitioner". Doctor signed but not by him! A lovely piece of social history.
