New Caledonia Starts with 4 imperf ovpts on French Colonies, range of key types & 1903 ovpts, 1905 & 1928 defins plus surcharges all MLH/used. Average range to 1948 (to 100f) then very good coverage of MLH/used with mostly MUH from 1972 with more gaps & majority used after 1984. Missing major items but still good basis for expansion with cond varied pre-1930 then nearly all fine. (100s)
