Balkans Group comprising Latvia 1940 bilingual German/Latvian postcard unused with imprinted 10s stamp, Estonia 1893 pre-printed 14kop envelope to Germany & therefore uprated with extra 1k, 5k (all from the 1889 Russian issue as Estonia didn't print own stamps before 1918) & Lithuania 1941 PPC of govt building in Vilnius with mixed franking German Occ "Vilnius" on Russia 5k red & 30k blue with normal 5¢ brown Lithuania. Registered & cancelled "Vilnius 22.7.41", clear arrival "Kaunas 25.VII.41". (3)
