1907 original printing plate produced in England for WA Govt Railways. Almost identical to the wmk 6-1 as used for the 1907-1951 2nd series stamps. Incls extract from "Railway Stamps of Mainland Australia" by Ingles, Presgrave & Craig. There are 4 separate "Crown GR WA" wmk impressions on this plate with metal plate stamped 2188 on one end & 7 at the other. A lovely addition to a collection & ideal for an exhibitor.
