1959/60 Hospitals Benefit Fund of WA payment card that has been used with 2 x 5/- purple & 24 x 5/6d yellow HBF Receipt stamps cancelled by mauve single line date stamps from 14 DEC 1959 to 6 Dec 1960 & punctured throughout. Contributor was Marstern Schreuders of Victoria Parade, Midvale. Unusual especially in such good cond & genuinely used.
