1938 (17th May) OHMS pre-printed Commonwealth Meteorological Bureau form for confirming figures against the Telegraphic reports. This example has written confirmation of the figures with "telegraphic advice overlooked" added. Return form has been taxed with T1d in oval but PD has been torn off. Remains interesting & unusual.
