India 1960 cover with 3np, 20np & 1r defins pmkd "CALCUTTER M.S. FOREIGN MOR" with typed address to Bunbury. Reverse has been sealed by label PM.9 reading, "FOUND OPEN IMPERFECTLY SEALED. The Officer closing this must sign his name in centre. OFFICIALLY SEALED. Postmaster-Generals Department' which has been signed in pencil. Inside is an unusual typed "chain" letter with a list of people to forward the letter to and stating how one individual "who broke the chain died shortly after of Heart Failure"! An interesting item in good cond.
