1926 1½d KGV perfined OS on OHMS pre-printed "Commonwealth Bureau of Meteorology" form for readings that did not match the Telegraphic report. Even though it states "No envelope required" for its return it has still been taxed with T1D h/s. Some adhesion on stamp area otherwise good cond & interesting.
