1979 Australia Post "underpaid mail" cards sent to postmasters accompanied by mail on which insufficient or no franking had been applied. Nearly all are addressed to postmaster Southport or Palm Beach. Noted Mudgeeraba & Biggera Waters. Housed in shoebox along with plastic bags of on/off paper common foreign of period. (100s of cards)
