1938 (28th June) Holland to Australia & return KLM & KNILM printed commem cover with Netherlands stamps tied by Gravenhage cds's with Sydney arrival b/s dated 5 JUL 1938. 3d KGVI tied by Sydney slogan for return flight. "Amsterdam - Batavia - Sydney" pictorial cachet. VG cond. AAMC 815a Cat. $125flight covers (4) originating in Holland, all with special cachets, one addressed to Pretoria, one to Sydney & two to Bandoeng. The cover to Sydney is FFC Amsterdam-Sydney. Couple of stains on Pretoria cover & minor marginal faults on Bandoeng covers, but Sydney item is fine. AAMC 814
