1938 (27th Nov) ditto but with GB 1½d KGVI tied by Putney slogan cancel with the red cachet "Received at SYDNEY N.S.W. DAMAGED" but this one complete with COA PMG Dept. OHMS "RE-ENCLOSED LETTER" env with Dead Letter Office Sydney NSW cds in red. Has the original correspondence regarding a new process for "improving the soundness and machinability of grey iron and/or steel castings" being offered for £325 over 5 years.
