1840 (21st May) 1d Mulready lettersheet with crisp upright red Maltese Cross. Readdressed hence backstamped "O MY 21 1840" & in red circle "MAY 23 1840 M". Sealed with black wax seal. Soiled & worn with a couple of small tears at top. Purchased for £180 by vendor so good value at half this for estimate.
