1900 (31st Dec) unclaimed local Kalgoorlie cover with original Bank of Australasia correspondence. One Penny Internal Revenue stamp tied by Kalgoorlie duplex DXPO-d index 9 (1). "Unclaimed" & "Not Known by Letter Carrier" h/s's together with Kalgoorlie 3b-a index 2. (1) only one backstamp Dead Letter Office Perth 5b (1-2). Good cond but missing flap. An important cover for "Last Day of use of Official or Revenue Stamps for Postage".
