1904 (10th July) Unclaimed Mining Act 1904 OHMS postcard "Notice of Intention to Forfeit Leases for Non-Payment of Rent and Fines Due" with local Southern Cross use. "WA" perfined 1d swan tied by Southern Cross duplex DxPO index c (1-2), "UNCLAIMED" cachet also on front with Perth Dead Letter Office 5-b in blue ink on reverse. (1-2) Very good cond but with spike hole. Note: Not recorded in blue ink in PMI or PMC.
