"Floods at Albany" in m/s above message on reverse. This b&w photographic card shows a heavily flooded & fast flowing torrent in York Street taken from Todds Arcade to the harbour. Stamp removed & a little grubby on the back. Postally used Perth to Day Dawn in 1910. Not seen before & of historic interest.
