1922/23 Western Australian Insurance Company Ltd "Fire Policy" to the value of £600 with an annual premium of £1/4/- complete with duty stamps 2/- R119 & 1/- R118 attached. Fine cond. The document unfortunately has had "liquid paper" (which obviously was not around in 1922!) applied to obliterate the identities of the mortgagee, the vendor & the purchaser. Remains an attractive example of WA revenue usage.
