1½d red plate 22 with ACSC 89(22)sa & the retouch 89(22)sb shown in 2 similar blocks of 4. The variety & retouch affect the upper left stamp in each block. The units directly below these also appear to show a variety flaw across top of stamp & the corresponding retouch while the lower right hand stamps show the "white flaw over large 1 in right value tablet" variety 89(22)v.
