1935 (7th Dec) Melbourne to Hobart by Holyman Airways. Addressed to Ernie Crome with 2d SJ tied by Enmore cds. Typed four line endorsement at top left explaining that cover was carried without airmail surcharge during a shipping strike. Incls a photocopy of The Argus Melbourne newspaper clipping dated 4th Dec 1935 on the strike. VG cond. AAMC 565 Cat. $50
