1914-20 Single Watermark 4d dull ultramarine with inverted wmk from Harrison printing (4.52) State I. The first state of this flaw is not listed in ACSC but is listed in "George V Four Penny" (BSAP). Good to fine used with heavyish pmk. A couple of toned perfs. ACSC 113Baa, Cat. for used inverted wmk is $1000 + premium for variety.
