1931 (5th July) "Upper Silesia" cover with Danzig 10, 40pf & 2½g airs tied by Danzig Luftpost 12-6-31 oval pmks. On sent to Friedrichshafen to await flight of 5-7-31 to Gleiwitz where violet "Oberschlesienfahrt" pictorial cachet was applied. From there it was sent to USA, arriving July 16th, with Brooklyn NY b/s. VG cond. Sieger 115A, Cat. €80 + onwards to USA
