1915/28 3rd Watermark 1/- blue green Die IIb block of 4, plate 4 from positions 31 & 32/ 37 & 38 with "1 for 1st I in shilling" variety. Possibly postally used or CTO. Centred high with a few short perfs at base however would make a useful exhibition piece. ACSC 33Aaa(4)l, Cat. $2500 (3x F/U wmk sideways at $500 ea + $1000 for plate variety + premium for block with Elizabeth St Melbourne cds.
