World Postal history incl Australian with a large Commonwealth Savings Bank covers (2) (corners damaged), WWI censored to Switzerland bearing 2½d machine cancelled & 1915 cover to USA with 2½d tied by Newcastle machine cancel. Also German inflation covers of 1.11.23 & 27.11.23 to local addresses with (a) 103 million & (b) 80 milliarden franking dramatically illustrating the out of control of inflation rate. Russia 1957 & 1967 illustrated airmail covers with "Recommande" & Cyrillic equivalent boxed strikes, 1898 Pretoria Quarter Master's Store rubber handstamps of 2, 4 & 13 Aug on requisitions & Italy pre-stamp letters of 1820 & 1832. Finally GB unstamped letter, "LS 20Au20 1852" to USA marked "19 Cents" & "24" for postage due. Well worth inspection. (14 items)
