1890's 6d pink OHMS registered long letter unused with "OS" added in top corners of design & ovptd "SPECIMEN". Printed addressed to "The Cashier, Department of Public Instruction Sydney." NSW Coat of Arms in pink on flap. Minor damage at top right & at left corner & right side. This formular envelope was sent to Public Schools for "School Savings Bank Returns", hence the need for registration.
