Samoa 1881 2d rose in the unissued value & shade. Gum disturbed & surface soiling at top. Given the condition this is believed to have emanated from the remainders found at the Apia P.O. when it closed in 1881 & not the reprints made after the originals were withdrawn from sale. Sold "as is".
