1881 3d lilac swans (unissued) ovptd "I.R." & surcharged in black. Complete set from 1d to £10. Incls 1d postally good used, 2d postally fine used with Fortescue 1899 cds, 3d & 6d both postally used with Perth registered cancels & 1/- to £5 with m/s cancels. All fine with odd toned perf. The £10 is fine fiscally used also with m/s cancel (a couple of short perfs). Note; only 960 examples of the £5 & £10 vals were printed & postally used examples are exceedingly scarce. Elsmore cat. val of $610 plus a considerable premium for postally used examples. (14)
