1892 (8th Oct) "On Her Majesty's Service" registered, Office of Titles cover with "TO BE REGISTERED" printed at top left. Addressed to Newcastle still with green Registration ribbon intact. "Unknown" in red m/s, circular "ADVERTISED AND UNCLAIMED", boxed "UNCLAIMED" in red & Dead Letter Office cds in violet. Light, variable Newcastle duplex b/s. Registered letters were to be bound between the 1870's & 1895. Good cond with some light creasing. A scarce item. Ex Mogens Juhl.
