1910 (30th July) Registered & Unclaimed Office of Titles "On His Majesty's Service" env to Cue. 5d bistre swan perfined "OS" on V/crown paper, perf. 11 (SG 132 OS) tied by Registered Perth cds D27-a. Oval "R", Cue A26 arrival & "Dead Letter Office" hs's on both sides. "Dead Letter Office" oval rubber stamp ORS 3-a 9 SEP 1910 b/s. Note; the use of 5d bistre V/crown wmk, perf 11 "OS" on cover is extremely rare. ACSC (2004) w40b, Cat. $150 ($100 for normal stamp used), SG 132 Cat. value £75 used normal & x8 on cover. They do not actually list the "OS". Clean cover with some edge & corner faults.
