1974 (Nov) London to Perth Airmail env addressed to Nedlands with "DELAYED EN ROUTE AIRCRAFT HIJACK" 2 line cachet in black on reverse. This is a different type of cachet to the ones offered in Sales 24 & 25 in that it is in a "typed" style which has left a reversed imprint above the address on the front of the cover. This would appear to be far scarcer than the hyphenated version. Good cond. With “Interrupted Mail” becoming an increasingly highly sought after field of collecting.
