1914 "Notification of a Case of Infectious Disease" OHMS pre-printed letter with 1d red Kangaroo. Completed in ink manuscript describing a 6 year old girl with Diphtheria. In addition, a 1919 "Report of Death from Contagious or Infectious Disease" lettersheet with 1½d brown KGV. This is for a 34 year old man from Pneumonic Influenza & Cardiac Failure. Both pmkd Melbourne & relating to the Richmond Municipality. (2)
