1864 (25 May) 9d grey-lilac & 1d green postmarked ADELAIDE on cover addressed to Exeter, England with "per Contract packet to Suez and overland via Marseilles" in manuscript. Backstamped "EXETER JY 14 64". Wrinkled with filing fold but fresh and an attractive combination.
