Beautifully hand written with 2 wax seals & five lead frankings for £3 x2, £1 & 10/- plus the "Commissioners of Inland Revenue" with Coat of Arms each with VR crown seals on reverse. Refers to the will of Elizabeth Needham Sheffield of Anerley, Surrey. Excellent cond.
