New Zealand 1891/1906 "O.P.S.O." diagonally handstamped Officials to 1/-, the latter a forgery. Fine used with 4 ring Wellington cds on ½d, 1d & 1/- (wrong perf) & single line cds on 4d. Others with indistinct postmarks. Sold "as is" but Cat. £9000 if genuine! (12)
