1896 Official "OS" Postcard with superscript "On Public Service Only" at top. Pre-printed for "South Australian Railways" to advise customer of parcel to be collected with GPO Adelaide duplex cancel 28 March 1899. Stained with a couple of pin holes but seldom seen & a useful thematic.
