1854-1912 collection in "Simplex" album starting with 1d black used x 2 & 1857 6d grey-black (2 margins). Majority used to 1884, then sprinkling of MUH/MLH incl 10d rose orange (4), 1888 2d & 4d & good used noting £1 used plus perf "OS". Excellent coverage with pencilled SG Cat. numbers shown. Noted commissariat punctures x 4 plus a good range "OS" & "WA" perfins. Commonwealth issues incl odd inverted wmk & noted 4d SG 119 with double perfs & Cr/A 9d orange vertical pair MUH plus earlier with "Medical" h/s on 1d x 2 & 2d, "PWD" perfins with a few extras on Imperial pages at the back. Enormous cat. value but reserve allows for mixed cond. Inspection will still impress. (100s)
