1874 "ONE PENNY" surcharge in green on 2d yellow, Crown CC wmk, perf. 12½. with triple surcharge & small commissariat puncture. Cancelled with 15 Bar 8 Fremantle. This was in the Robson Lowe "The Burrus Collection" auction (28th Nov 1962 - lot 675) . Gary Watson states that "Hiscock’s example - with imperial puncture sold for $7700... 1/9/2001". SG 67. Superb & rare. A fine exhibition item with provenance.
