Oval "R", rectangular Perth Registered RRS 3-a, Kalgoorlie arrival duplex DxPO-e index 9 & boxed "UNCLAIMED" h/s on front. Kalgoorlie Registration Branch (with extra "R" removed from between "G" & "I") on reverse in violet plus Perth Dead Letter Office h/s's with former rated "rare".
