1903 (6th Aug) Taxed ppc from Dublin to Fremantle with "T/15" hexagonal h/s & neighbouring Fremantle 3b-b index 4 arrival cds. This is unlisted in either PMI or PMC. The attached 1902 3d emerald green Postage Due has an incomplete design at base too? (SG D4, Cat. £250 on cover) This is tied by pencil narking. Some faults but not affecting PD. An interesting discovery on 2 fronts!
