1903 (30th Oct) small registered, unclaimed & returned OHMS cover with printed "HER"" struck out & replaced with "His" above in m/s. 4d chestnut swan (SG 119) perfined "WA" tied by oval "R" with oval Registered ORS 3-b. "Unclaimed" & "Unknown by Letter Carrier" one line h/s's also on front. Dead Letter Office 2-b in blue ink (scarce), Dead Letter Office 5-b in red ink & 2 line two line "UNKNOWN ON No.........WALK" with "5" added in m/s. Note: The use of frank stamps ceased on 30th October 1902. while the use of stamps perfined "WA" are recorded from 22nd Sept 1903. VG cond.
