1930 (31st Mar) 1d green & 2d brown KGV & 3d Airmail (Airmail rate to US) used in combination with USA 5¢ Airmail to cover US domestic rate as the stamps were inter-changeable plus 1929 (4th June) Perth to Adelaide FFC readdressed from Adelaide to New York. Flown Perth to Adelaide before rail to Sydney & then ship to San Francisco & flown to New York. Subsequently taxed 5¢ in America as this part of the journey as was not pre-paid in Australia. Both in VG cond. (2)
