1962 (Aug) "The Hospital Benefit Fund of W.A." dated card with 9 x 8/6d orange "Hospital and Medical Benefit Fund" revenues attached for July to October dates & tied by single line dated h/s's in mauve & green. First we have seen in this format. Exc cond. incl the "When to Pay Contributions" gummed label on the reverse. A rare survivor.
