1960 3d violet QEII in lower right marginal block of 9 showing the "Phantom R" variety at right end of Jubilee line plus another similar block showing the retouched variety. As soon as the variety was discovered the printers retouched the plate to destroy the "R" but traces of it still remained. MUH/MLH.
